K-POP Unleashed
LeeSSang - Someday (24/05/2012)
This song features Yoon Do Hyun from YB which blends into the song and the duo's voice. They have a very husky feel to this song and makes you feel very nostalgic. Yoon Do Hyun's rock voice really goes well with the whole song and he does hit some great notes(!) plus we have Gary with his straight face and down to earth rap that you just have to fall for.
The MV is very simplistic and has been toned down to add to the ambiance in the studio. Overall, it's one of our favorite songs that goes great in a reflective playlist.

Tritops - Love Addiction (24/05/2012)
A story of a man falling in love with another man's woman. Tritops are back with their new song 'Love Addiction' which definitely has an addictive tune. We aren't great fans of this particular MV (minus the boys) but we do love their amazing voices. Tritops are not as well known as other bands and we do feel that they need a little more recognition.
Check out their great voices and figure out the MV for yourself.

LeeSSang - The Pursuit of Happiness (25/05/2012)
And here we have even more mellowness oozing out from our rapping duo. It's a nice little change from their happy and easy-going videos and songs that we are so used to.
The MV features Gary and Gil's daily life in the studio; their bonds with fellow staff, their song writing, song editing and a little bit of concert life. Focusing on the song and MV, we find ourselves lost in their world with Gary's smooth rapping and Gil's husky rapping. It has a great meaning to it along with a few moments of laughter (never leave Gil with any drumsticks). The duo have definitely earned their place in our hearts and although their previous works may not have stuck with us, the songs that are coming out with right now will absolutely stay with us forever.
Sunny Hill - Do It (28/05/2012)
A song with a very catchy beat along with great moments from the new drama 'I Love Italy' which features Ki Bum.
First off, this song is not completely from Sunny Hill as it only has one of their members and it's more of an OST than an actual single. We're loving all the Ki Bum moments in this MV. Although we're supposed to be focusing on the song, we cannot help ourselves but be distracted with Ki Bum's nakedness and dorky moments. We've missed him so much as he hardly ever appears in Super Junior anymore and seeing him here all healthy and grown up ... just makes us feel proud.
This song however deserves a medal for being so cute and it does miracles in promoting the drama (which is what it's supposed to do). Here we come Ki Bum!! Looks like a must watch drama~ Find out for yourself.
M.I.B - It's only hard for me (29/05/2012)
What have you been doing locked up in a closet?
This five member group have come back with their new song and it's a shame that we've only been introduced to them now. Their song 'It's only hard for me' features a very hip sound that doesn't sound too hip-hop or too mellow...it's just right. A majority of the song is a rap which makes sense as most of the members are rappers and this is balanced out by the melodic voice that comes in the chorus and in the beginning.
The song is very addictive as the rappers have very unique voices that just pull all the right strings. If you want to fall in love with five men with heart-gripping voices, you may do here.
Teen Top - To You (29/05/2012)
The most anticipated song for us!!
We'll be doing a Friday Favorite on this so unfortunately you'll have to wait a little bit more. However here is a sneak preview of what we might be talking about:
Kim Yeo Hee - Let's eat (29/05/2012)
The cutest song that we have on our list this week. By no doubt.
This song is cute and refreshing from all the drama that you may get on other MVs. It's simple and will make you laugh with it's cute editing and small dialogues that you will understand if you're Korean drama fanatics like us. Kim Yeo Hee's voice shines here, she may not sing high notes or long notes however her voice is melodic and sweet which suits the overall theme of the video.
Be ready to see rainbows and unicorns!
